About Allison Koile:

Allison Koile joined the Sanford Law Firm in 2014 after a successful term as an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. While representing the interests of the state, Ms. Koile managed a significant case load, focusing in the areas of child welfare and adult protective services. Prior to her time with the state, Ms. Koile was an associate defense attorney with the well-respected Laser Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. During her time in defense work, Ms. Koile served as counsel for numerous Fortune 500 insurance companies and specialized in the areas of tort, premises liability, and employment law.

Ms. Koile practice focuses primarily in the areas of domestic relations, probate, motor vehicle accidents, and employment law. Ms. Koile has extensive experience managing cases from inception to trial and her prior experience working for the state and in insurance defense provides valuable insight to our plaintiffs.

While in law school, Ms. Koile completed an externship with the American Civil Liberties Union and two semester clerking positions with the Laser Law Firm. She was an active member of the Student Bar Association and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Koile has dedicated many hours to Heifer International, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Arkansas, and Generation Zoo. She currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas’ Chocolate Fantasy Ball Committee. Ms. Koile also enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the wide-range of outdoor activities available in Arkansas.
