About Anne Milligan:

While attending law school, Ms. Milligan served as associate notes and comments editor for the UALR Law Review, and during the spring of 2010 the Review published three of her comments, including one detailing the 8th Circuit's controversial decision in Nelson v. Correctional Medical Services. Ms. Milligan was also a frequent abstractor for the Arkansas Real Estate Review and the Arkansas Probate and Trust Review. In the fall of 2009, she served as a judicial extern for United States District Court Judge James M. Moody. Ms. Milligan is a member of the American and Arkansas Bar Associations, the Oregon Women Lawyers' Association and the Little Rock Kobraz, a mixed-gender, mixed-sports team that runs, cycles, and plays C-league soccer.

In her free time, Ms. Milligan enjoys running half marathons, road cycling and cooking with friends.
