About Daniel Ford:

Daniel Ford is a Little Rock native whose practice primarily focuses on employment law – including prosecuting cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act, minimum wage and overtime violations, discrimination, and issues affecting service industry employees. He also practices general civil litigation, ranging from contract law to campaign finance.

Daniel graduated from Little Rock Central High School and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he graduated with degrees in English and Spanish. While in college, he was active in student government, campus ministry, and Greek life. After college, he attended Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

During law school, Daniel was President of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, served on the UALR Law Review, and was a member of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service, where he published an article on campaign finance reform. He clerked for several Little Rock law firms, the Arkansas Municipal League, and interned with the Hon. Kristine Baker of the District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Prior to joining Sanford Law Firm, he entered private practice at a Little Rock firm, focusing on civil litigation, and he clerked for the Hon. Timothy Fox of the Pulaski County Circuit Court.

In his free time, Daniel loves reading, playing basketball, listening to live music, attending Second Presbyterian Church, and rooting for the Razorbacks.
