About Lydia Hicks Hamlet:

During her undergraduate years at Hendrix College, Ms. Hamlet excelled in her studies in the field of psychology and was a member of Psi Chi Honor Society. Subsequent to her undergraduate education, Ms. Hamlet obtained a Master of Arts in psychology with high honors, all while working in medicaid waiver coordination, leading the design of rehabilitative programming for children and adults with developmental disabilities and emotional/behavioral disturbances. While attending law school, Ms. Hamlet was listed on the dean's list in the fall of 2008. Ms. Hamlet is a member of the Arkansas and Pope County Bar Associations as well as the Mississippi and Hinds County Bar Associations. In her free time, Ms. Hamlet enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
