About Maryna Jackson:

Maryna Jackson primarily focuses on the Fair Labor Standards Act, contract, employment discrimination, and personal injury cases. She has represented clients in oral arguments in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has been lead counsel in many state and federal court trials. She has litigated over 500 depositions, and represented more than 2,000 plaintiffs with wage and hour claims.

She is a 2009 graduate of the UALR Bowen School of Law. Ms. Jackson was born in the Soviet Union and immigrated to the United States in 2004. She practiced law in Ukraine for six years after graduating law school there. Ms. Jackson was head of the legal department of Ukrsibbank in Zaporozhye, which is the third largest bank in Ukraine. Her areas of practice included banking law, security contracts, and international contracts. Ms. Jackson currently resides in Cabot, Arkansas with her children, Max and Leeza
